ASSUMED Colours: the drawings call out none. Siding White, roof Charcoal, trim, fascia and soffit Charcoal, doors and window frames White (as rendered). Try others with 🎨 Colors.
ASSUMED Roof pitch 4/12 on both roof sections (A2 gives truss bearing heights, not the pitch).
ASSUMED Overhangs 2' at the eaves and gables.
ASSUMED Gravel drive: surface and outline traced from SP1 ("DRIVEAWAY"); material not specified.
